For the next season, we are looking for a Boutique for the season to join our Boutique team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.

He/She will Report to the Boutique Supervisor.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Skills required:

• Communication skills: communicates clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing). Listens and interacts with others with empathy.
• Emotional intelligence: able to manage one's own emotions in difficult situations.
• Collaboration: is available and actively offers support to team members. Shares information and skills.
• Continuous personal development.
• Flexibility: accepts change and participates in new programs and processes.

We require:

•  At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury boutique 
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and possibly another foreign language.

Belmond and you:

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Boutique Attendant
• Start date: August 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Salary as by CCNL, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
• Welfare incentive based on quality goals
• Accomodation in double room in our staff house including breakfast
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff cantine
