Descrizione Lavoro - Brand Specialist, Spain

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Specialist to work on the launch of a new product
within the Buddyfit brand portfolio.

  • Identify talents and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that achieve
  • campaign KPIs
  • Leading the negotiations, managing existing and developing new relationships
  • with the up and coming influencers in line with the brand identity and values
  • Manage the cross channel editorial plan
  • Report to the Marketing Lead on the metrics of your responsibility
  • Copywriting for all touch points: Social, Performance, Campaigns, App, Website
  • Support the performance activities by creating content suitable for conversion
  • purposes
  • Create a love brand: we want to create a strong relationship with our followers,
  • who love our product
  • Support the growth of the company: the word 10x must excite you, not scare you.
  • We see the development of our channels as central to our growth, and for this
  • you will play a key role in the growth of the company.

We’re looking for a Brand Specialist to help us expand on the most popular social media
platforms, including Instagram, and Tiktok.

If you have a strong passion for high-growth startups (even better if you’ve already
worked on one), and a desire to build a relationship with your readers by engaging them
with your posts, you’ve come to the right place.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Marketing Lead at Buddyfit.
  • 2+ years of Influencer and Social media channel management experience
  • Spanish mother language
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 +)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong creative abilities: you can turn an idea into a post in a matter of minutes,
  • guiding others to produce the results you envisioned (video editors, copy,
  • specialists)
  • Better if you have had an experience in a fast growing tech reality
