Bus Driver (License D)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bus Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of passengers on scheduled routes. You will ensure that passengers enjoy a comfortable and efficient journey while maintaining a high level of safety, courtesy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Safely drive buses along designated routes, ensuring timely arrival and departure from bus stops.
 • Ensure passenger safety by following traffic regulations and company safety policies.
 • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service.
 • Maintain a clean and orderly bus, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
 • Perform routine checks on the bus before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues or defects.
 • Manage passenger behavior on board, addressing any concerns politely and professionally.
 • Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and public transportation regulations.
 • Record and report any incidents, accidents, or delays according to company procedures.
 • Work with other team members to ensure efficient operations and to meet customer service standards.
 • Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as trip logs and reports, are accurately completed.
 • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.• Valid D category driving license with a clean driving record.
 • Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role is preferred.
 • Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safety practices.
 • Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with passengers.
 • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.
 • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
 • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
