About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Business Director, the Business Analyst & Business Coordinator will contribute their top-notch analytical and coordination skills to a dynamic and ever-evolving portfolio of projects being responsible for the following activities:

• Analyzing competitive market strategies and trends through the analysis of related products, competitors, business models etc..
  
  


• Collecting business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  
  


• Identifying and analyzing industry trends with business strategy implications.
  
  


• Identifying and/or monitoring current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
  
  


• Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data, providing periodic ad hoc reports to the Business Directors and/or other internal stakeholders.
  
  


• Generating standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  
  


• Creating business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
  
  


• Maintaining and/or updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
  
  


• Maintaining library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
  
  


• Researching and Identifying relevant trade shows, conferences and speaking opportunities to strengthen market positioning; coordinating team participation end-to-end, liaising with the Communications department for consistent messaging and brand representation.
  
  


• Providing organizational and administrative support to senior leadership, including expense report management, travel coordination, and scheduling.
  
  


• Acting as a logistical point of contact for the business team, coordinating day-to-day operational needs to ensure smooth team functioning.
  
  
  
  During the bid phase the Business Analyst and Bids Coordinator will be also responsible for:
  
  


• Coordinating the creation and collection of all project’s documents (liaising with other departments’ representatives involved in the process)
  
  


• Ensuring the correct completion of the accreditation process (liaising with Commercial and Admin teams)
  
  
  


• Uploading tenders to suppliers’ portal
  
  

Requirements

• Experience coordinating production or business processes in the live entertainment, experiential or cultural fields
  
  


• Passion for live entertainment is a must
  
  


• Strong interest in business management and development, with a 'getting things done' producer approach
  
  


• Understanding of the live entertainment industry logics and marketing assets
  
  


• Strong organizational skills combined with high emotional intelligence and communication
  
  


• Ability to work proactively, look ahead and anticipate needs
  
  


• Strong written and spoken English, plus Italian a strong advantage
  
  


• Nice to have: attendance at networking and careers events internationally, to build networks and generate ideas for inspiration to share with project teams
