Purposes of the position/responsibilities:

We are looking for IT enthusiasts to join our team! As Business Analyst II you will have the oversight on multiple critical projects and, interacting daily with all internal groups, you will establish yourself as a relevant team member within the site for IT Application matters.

Assignments, specific/primary activities

• Handle Incident and Request tickets logged via ServiceNow system, in accordance with associated SLA’s and priorities.

• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors globally to swiftly address system issues, ensuring system availability and supporting daily application use.

• Act as a liaison Business and IT, collecting requirements for system improvements and implementations.

• Lead multiple projects, coordinating documentation, scope, and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Work with IT Quality to maintain, generate, review, approve, and control departmental documentation.

• Maintains and performs periodic user reviews of main IT systems.

• Promote Cybersecurity and serve as Knowledge-sharing liaisons on site.

• Generate database queries to extract data.

• Develop Automated Processes (Power Automate) and Dashboards (Power Bi) to improve site's processes.

• Lead, support, and encourage usage of visual management tools/boards for critical metrics.

Education and Professional background:

• Master or bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science.

• At least 2 years’ experience in IT Application Support or Business Analyst.

• Experience with full life cycle system implementations (requirements, build, testing, training) and business process improvements.

Technical skills

• Practical knowledge in GMPs and Regulatory Compliance

• Experience with MES Systems such as PharmaSuite and PMX

• Data analysis – Must have proficiency with MS SQL DB, Oracle DB, Microsoft Excel, etc.

• Experience with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Languages:

• Proficient English and Italian.
