We are looking for a Manager with deep experience and expertise to lead and grow our corporate portfolio and Executive Courses (e.g., Master Executive, MBA, etc.) catalog. • Lead and develop the company's corporate and Executive Courses strategy.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key corporate partners and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of strategic deals.
• Monitor and respond to market trends and competitor moves.
• Manage and mentor the corporate team, ensuring outstanding goals and results.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of corporate initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in senior corporate or consulting roles.
• Proven strategic vision and execution skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead successful teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level).
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in managing Executive Courses is considered a plus.
