Job Description

  • Lead the Nephrology cross-functional interactions through working in close synergy with other functional Directors and HQ members to ensure a seamless face of one Sobi to all stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train and lead the Nephrology  professionals.
  • Coach and develop the marketing and sales team (ML PMs, NSM, KAMs).
  • Build a high performing culture in Nephrology TA and enhance Sobi’s reputation in nephrology.
  • Take ownership of customer networking and manage ongoing key stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with HQ team to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring local customer needs and market requirements are included in the development of strategy.
  • Secure launch readiness plan for future products to be launched and follow closely the MKT penetration of the recently launched product, through deep patient journey analysis
  • Deliver the tactical implementation of the Sobi global business plan managed through the production and execution of a Regional business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations.
  • Work with the local affiliate Patient Access team and in coordination with HQ Patient Access function to support local access for each country, including pricing and reimbursement requirements aligned to Sobi global pricing strategy.
  • Lead/participate in assigned HQ project groups and work in support of the Sobi global business plans.
  • Ensure ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies for self and any direct reports.
  • As member of the country LT provide contribution on the management of the affiliate P&L and support the LT in driving the affiliate to the assigned goals.

Qualifications

  • Required previous Pharma experience in Nephrology and/or rare diseases
  • Experience in BUD role or similar
  • good written and spoken English
