Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train a team of canvassers.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through various channels, such as digital marketing and partnerships with local businesses.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead qualification process.
• Manage and track the lead generation budget.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Explain contracts and terms to customers, providing clarity and addressing any concerns.
• Produce leads in the field with trainees
