• Communication Skills: depending in the role, strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian, with an ability to interfact effectively with diverse guests.
• Hospitality Experience: proven experience in hospitality or guest-facing role, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Problem-Solving: ability to address and resolve guest issues with tact and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Empathy: display genuine empathy and attentiveness to guests'needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Multitasking: capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
