Responsabilità:

• Gestire le transazioni di pagamento e rilasciare ricevute.
• Assicurare un’accurata gestione dei contanti e dei documenti.
• Risolvere eventuali problemi o contestazioni con i clienti con l’aiuto di un supervisor.
• Mantenere l'area cassa ordinata.

Requisiti:

• Buone capacità di calcolo e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca ed inglese (e di altre lingue è un plus).
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
• Spirito di squadra e attitudine positiva.
• Disponibilità minima 3 mesi (Giugno, Luglio, Agosto)

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Verwalten des Zahlungsverkehrs und Ausstellen von Quittungen.

- Sicherstellung einer genauen Kassen- und Dokumentenverwaltung.

- Lösen von Problemen oder Streitigkeiten mit Kunden mit Hilfe eines Vorgesetzten.

- Aufrechterhaltung der Ordnung im Kassenbereich.

Anforderungen:

- Gute Rechenfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail.

- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil).

- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst.

- Teamgeist und positive Einstellung.

- Mindestverfügbarkeit 3 Monate (Juni, Juli, August)
