Chef de Partie at Luxury 5 Star Resort in Italy

You will be responsible for managing your own kitchen section and contributing to the delivery of high -end culinary experiences within a refined, structured, and international hospitality environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to excellence.

• Manage one’s own partie in the main kitchen of a luxury resort
  
• Prepare and execute dishes according to premium standards, recipes, and guidelines
  
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation at all times
  
• Maintain strict HACCP, hygiene, storage, and cleaning procedures
  
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef
  
• Support smooth and efficient service operations
  
• Maintain high standards under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
  
  

• Seasonal contract (minimum 4 months, until 25 October 2026)
  
• Immediate start, subject to candidate availability
  
• Competitive net salary: €2,300 – €2,500 per month
  
• Overtime paid according to Italian labour law and CCNL (must be pre -approved)
  
• Free accommodation: single room in shared apartment (max. 2 people per apartment), located 2–3 km from the resort
  
• No housing costs or salary deductions
  
• Staff meals provided during working shifts
  
• 54 working hours per week with legally compliant rest periods
  
• Work location in a luxury 5★ resort at Lake Lugano
