Job Description

Riportando all'Executive Chef la risorsa si occupa di: 
- condurre, organizzare ed eseguire la propria partita, ha conoscenza della modalità di preparazione degli sia cotti che crudi 
- Interagire con il suo Responsabile per gli ingredienti rispettando standard di qualità, stagione, territorio, il rapporto tempi preparazione/servizio
- controllare la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- proporre la propria interpretazione consona alla linea seguita in cucina

Reporting to the Executive Chef the resource deals with:
- lead, organize and execute their own game, have knowledge of how to prepare both cooked and raw
- Interacting with its manager for the ingredients respecting the standard of quality, season, territory, the time / service ratio
- check the particularity and presentation of the different courses
- propose your own interpretation in keeping with the line followed in the kitchen

Qualifications

- Diploma/qualifica/corsi di specializzazione 
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo maturata in ristoranti toscani, gourmet e/o Relais & Chateaux 
- Conoscenze tecniche sulla preparazione e conservazione dei cibi 
- Completano il profilo la passione, la voglia e l’entusiasmo di interpretare il territorio, l'autonomia nello svolgimento del proprio lavoro, capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo

- Diploma / qualification / specialization courses - Excellent knowledge of the Italian language 
- At least 2 years of experience in the role gained in gourmet restaurants and/or Relais & Chateaux - Technical knowledge on the preparation of meat, fish, vegetables and on food preservation 
- The profile is completed by the passion, desire and enthusiasm to interpret the territory, autonomy in carrying out one's work, organizational and time management skills

Contratto a tempo determinato (Maggio– fine Novembre 2024)
