Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, is a former cultural institution and much-beloved boarding school that went through extensive transformation to awaken the property’s storied and romantic history, dating back to the 16th century. Auberge’s third out four currently open European destinations, Collegio is a delight for design lovers and gourmands alike. Three adjacent original buildings feature 83 rooms, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants and a bar which was once the school’s principal’s office. Surrounded by old growth cyprus and soaring oak trees, the resort’s grounds boast expansive lawns, five levels of terraced Baroque gardens, a pool and garden bar and restaurant. As a Culinary Artisan, you will bring creativity, precision, and dedication to the kitchen brigade, helping to craft extraordinary dining experiences that delight and inspire our guests. Your role is central to delivering the unforgettable flavors that define our hospitality.

Culinary Excellence & Versatility
Work across all kitchen positions, adapting to business demands and ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation.
Assist fellow team members with mentorship, daily preparations, and technique guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Special Functions & Events
Support the Chef in executing specialty dinners, private events, and functions with minimal supervision.
Contribute creativity and expertise to elevate unique dining experiences.
Menu Development
Collaborate with the Chef to develop daily features and special menus, ensuring alignment with the cuisine theme of the outlets.
Propose innovative ideas that enhance the culinary identity of the property.
Operational Support
Assist with food requisitions and ordering under the Chef’s guidance, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
This role is an invitation to express your culinary artistry. As a Culinary Artisan, you will shape moments of gastronomic excellence that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Skills & Competencies
Strong focus on precision, detail, and consistency in plate presentation and overall dish quality.
Creativity and passion for developing innovative culinary experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
