Chef de Rang -Arnolfo

Riportando al Maître, si occupa di:
• curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
• partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
• registrare le comande, sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata, porre attenzione ai dettagli

Reporting to the Maître deals with:
• take care of the table's mise-en-place and service
• participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
• record the orders, place the food from the serving dish, pay attention to the details

• Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e di un’ulteriore lingua straniera
• Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux
• Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili -)
• Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working

• Diploma/Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and another foreign language
• At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux
• Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS, FISAR or similar -)
• Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working

• Contratto a tempo determinato dal prima possibile con possibilità di proroghe e/o assunzione a tempo indeterminato
• CCNL Turismo e inserimento con retribuzione commisurata all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa scelta 
• Disponibilità Full time su turni 
• Vitto e alloggio

• Fixed-term contract as soon as possible with the possibility of extensions and/or permanent employment
• CCNL Tourism and placement with remuneration commensurate with the actual experience of the chosen resource
• Full time availability on shifts
• Room and board
