As a Chef de Rang at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, you are integral to providing exceptional luxury dining experiences to our guests. Your role involves overseeing the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring that every detail is perfect from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• Operational Excellence: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures. 

• Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive. Act to ensure flawless service and anticipate guests' needs. 

• Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy. 

• Team Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the Commis de Rang assigned to you, ensuring they deliver high standards of service. 

Economic Contribution: Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.

• Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant.
