Job Description

Riportando al Maître, si occupa di:
• curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
• partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
• registrare le comande, sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata, porre attenzione ai dettagli

Reporting to the Maître deals with:
• take care of the table's mise-en-place and service
• participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
• record the orders, place the food from the serving dish, pay attention to the details

Qualifications

• Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese
• Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux
• Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili -)
• Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working

• Diploma/Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and French
• At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux
• Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS, FISAR or similar -)
• Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working

- Contratto a tempo determinato (disponibilità dal 1 giugno 2024 al 14 ottobre 2024.)
- CCNL Turismo. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all’esperienza
- Disponibilità full time

The resource will be placed within the family-run Relais & Châteaux residence which offers welcome and hospitality to its staff, guaranteeing a serene work environment where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success

- Fixed-term contract - Fixed-term contract (availability from 1June 2024 to 14 October 2024.)
- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience
