Chef de Rang - Room Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Rang role at the Room Service of the iconic Hotel Cipriani for the 2024 season.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

The Chef de Rang, who reports to our Room Service Supervisor, will:

• Fulfil the operations, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
• Monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the amenities layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries;
• Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her;
• Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;
• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
