Job Description

La risorsa, riportando al Maître, si occupa di:

• curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio

• partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala

• registrare le comande, sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata, porre attenzione ai dettagli

The resource, reporting to the Maître, deals with:

• take care of the table's mise-en-place and service

• participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team

• record the orders, place the food from the serving dish, pay attention to the details

Qualifications

• Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e di una seconda lingua

• Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux

• Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili -)

• Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working

• Diploma/Degree

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English and a second language

• At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux

• Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS, FISAR or similar -)

• Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working
