Chief Engineer - 44m Private Yacht

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a new build 44m Benetti with expected delivery this month. The vessel is already listed for sale, therefore this opportunity would ideally suit someone open to joining the program until the yacht sells, with the possibility of remaining on board thereafter (although this cannot be guaranteed at this stage).

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum Y4
  
• Proven longevity on board similar size yachts
  
• Strong leadership and management skills
  
• Excellent references
  
• Experience with new builds and/or shipyard periods is highly desirable
  
• Flexible and professional mindset regarding a transitional program
