CLIENT MANAGEMENT CORPORATE – TORINO
Marsh Risk is looking for a candidate to join our Corporate business segment with a focus on the private middle-market clients management portfolio activities at Turin office.
What can you expect?
You will develop, grow and maintain the relationship between the organization and assigned clients with a focus on growth and retention. In addition, you will develop and manage insurance programs, implement sales strategies for the assigned portfolio, and coordinate the management and renewal of assigned clients’ insurance programs. You will identify potential new clients and cultivate relationships with existing clients to strengthen expanded business activity.
Key activities and responsibilities:
Ensure smooth management of assigned clients’ insurance programs, guaranteeing service quality and overall client satisfaction;
Agree and define renewal strategies for insurance programs with clients and actively coordinate negotiation activities with the insurance market;
Maintain and update the Budget and Forecasting application on a monthly basis;
Conduct prospecting activities via cold calls and/or other channels provided by the organization, leveraging deep knowledge of the insurance market and Marsh’s services, and support/coach more junior colleagues in their prospecting activities;
Maintain client relationships through multiple in-person meetings, working to ensure the company is seen as a strategic partner and is always informed about developments in clients’ businesses;
Stay up to date on industry developments and trends, attend events and conferences representing the company, and build a broad professional network;
Interface with and maintain a proactive relationship with Marsh’s internal Specialties;
Participate in training events and other professional development courses.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Economics, Law or a related/similar field;
Proven professional experience in a client-facing role at an insurance broker or other player in the insurance sector;
A broad professional network and deep knowledge of the territory and potential clients in the assigned geographic area;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Commercial mindset, strategic thinking and results orientation;
Teamwork orientation;
Systematic and pragmatic approach;
Good knowledge of English language.

What we offer:
The position is offered on a permanent basis;
We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 50.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract;
The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”;
The contractual level, together with the applicable terms and conditions, will be determined in line with the experience and professional profile of the candidate selected through the recruitment process;
