All’interno del Laboratorio Colore ricerchiamo un tecnologo di processo da inserire nel team automazione.
La figura riporterà direttamente al Color Automation Engineering Manager.

Principali skills richieste:

• Capacità di indagine e risoluzione di problematiche impiantische
• Capacità di individuare soluzioni migliorative e preventive atte a minimizzare i fermi ricorrenti.
• Capacità di digerire e semplificare un flusso di lavoro complesso, riorganizzandolo e adeguandolo alle priorità corrette
• Capacità di aggiornare, modificare ed eventualmente aggiungere procedure operative atte a migliorare la produttività operativa e verificare che vengano correttamente eseguite.
• Capacità di gestire ed organizzare priorità sullle consegne di altre persone.
• Capacità nel raccogliere, gestire ed elaborare dati per monitoraggio delle performance.
• Capacità nel lavoro in team ed in solitaria.

Principali responsabilità:

• La risorsa avrà responsabilità di confrontarsi col team leader dei coloristi ed organizzare il lavoro ai pesatori e agli applicatori.
• La risorsa dovrà seguire ed assicurarsi che l’impianto automatizzato sia produttivo.
• La risorsa dovrà essere in grado di individuare le cause di guasti gli impianti, risolverlo in maniera autonoma, richiedere un intervento da parte della manutenzione interna oppure prevedere un supporto dal fabbricatore esterno.
• La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire, reperire per tempo i consumabili e le strumentazioni di consumo.
• La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di assicurarsi giornalmente che la qualità applicativa sia coerente con gli standard concordati.
• La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di collaborare in modo attivo nell’esplorazione di soluzioni innovative atte a migliorare le prestazioni degli impianti.
• La risorsa sarà responsabile di partecipare attivamente e in alcuni casi guidare tutte le iniziative proposte dal team EHS.

Qualifiche ed esperienza

• Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria dell’Automazione o Ingegneria Meccanica.
• Una precedente esperienza in realtà di impianti produttivi in ambito chimico-farmaceutico è da preferirsi.

Conoscenze ed Abilità

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Ottima conoscenza di Windows e Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Ottima capacità di analisi dati.
• Ottima gestione del flusso di lavoro complesso.
• Capacità di lavorare sia in gruppo sia in autonomia.
