Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, is a former cultural institution and much-beloved boarding school that went through extensive transformation to awaken the property’s storied and romantic history, dating back to the 16th century. As a Commis de Partie, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, contributing to exceptional dining experiences through precision, consistency, and passion. Your role is central to delivering the flavors and quality that define our culinary excellence.

Food Preparation & Consistency

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, portion standards, and timing requirements per server checks.

• Start items that can be prepared ahead of time, ensuring quantities meet estimated needs without overproduction.

Kitchen Operations & Equipment

• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Follow all safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Team Support & Additional Duties

• Assist other kitchen team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support kitchen efficiency and overall guest satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Ability to perform confidently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Availability

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, and holidays, according to departmental needs.
