Commis de Rang at Luxury 5 Star Resort in Italy

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Commis de Rang to join the service team at a luxury 5 -star resort, located in the Lake Lugano area (Cima di Porlezza, Italy).

In this role, you will support the Chef de Rang in delivering an exceptional guest experience during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high -quality service in a refined hospitality environment.

• Support the Chef de Rang during breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
  
• Assist in preparing and clearing tables according to service standards
  
• Serve water, bread, and basic table service items
  
• Carry plates and drinks efficiently and safely
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned station
  
• Support mise -en -place and basic guest service tasks
  
• Contribute to a smooth and professional service flow in a luxury environment
  

• Seasonal contract (minimum 4 months, until 25 October 2026)
  
• Immediate start, subject to candidate availability
  
• Competitive net salary: €1,500 per month
  
• Overtime paid according to Italian labour law and CCNL (must be pre -authorised)
  
• Accommodation included: single or double room in shared apartment (max. 4 people per apartment), located 2–3 km from the resort
  
• No housing costs or salary deductions
  
• Staff meals provided during working shifts
  
• 54 working hours per week with legally compliant rest periods
