We are looking for a Commis de Rang for our Pool Grill & Timeo Restaurant for the next season 2024 to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused. Excellent command of English. Additional languages would be desirable.

He/She reports to Maitre.

Requirements

• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nello stesso ruolo in hotel di lusso
• Buone doti comunicative
• Alto livello di intelligenza emotiva: affrontare le sfide con un atteggiamento positivo ed utilizzare le proprie capacità emotive per affrontare le situazioni più complesse
• Ottime doti di Team work
• Determinazione a raggiungere obiettivi
• Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Attenzione al dettaglio
• Capacità di adattamento
• Capacità di gestire situazioni di stress e di mantenere la calma sotto pressione
