Dimora storica sulla vetta della collina a sud di Siena, il Borgo domina le prestigiose vigne di Castello Banfi. Sui dolci pendii si snoda una romantica successione di paesaggi tipicamente toscani, tra appezzamenti di vigneti, coltivazioni di prugne e boschetti. Per ricreare l’atmosfera accogliente di grande raffinatezza che si addice ai grand cru, l’arredo degli antichi casali è stato commissionato al famoso architetto di interni Federico Forquet. È lui che ha concepito le suite, la sala di lettura e i ristoranti, insieme agli ambienti calorosi ed eleganti che si prestano ai piaceri della degustazione dei vini d’eccellenza prodotti dalla famiglia Mariani.

Historic residence on the top of the hill south of Siena, the Borgo dominates the prestigious vineyards of Castello Banfi. A romantic succession of typically Tuscan landscapes unfolds on the gentle slopes, amidst vineyard plots, plum crops and groves. To recreate the welcoming atmosphere of great refinement that befits the grand cru, the furnishings of the old farmhouses were commissioned to the famous interior architect Federico Forquet. It is he who conceived the suites, the reading room and the restaurants, together with the warm and elegant rooms that lend themselves to the pleasures of tasting the excellent wines produced by the Mariani family.

All’interno del ristorante si occupa di:

- Essere responsabile per la pulizia degli ambienti e materiali in uso

- Effettuare la mise en place rispettando gli standard indicati

- Svolgere le mansioni previste al meglio, per assicurare agli ospiti una esperienza coerente con le aspettative attraverso la cura di tutti i dettagli

- Avere la massima cura del servizio delle pietanze e delle bevande

- Sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure

Within the restaurant is responsible for:

- Diploma alberghiero

- Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese

- Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5* o ristoranti fine dining

- Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione

- Hotel diploma

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English

- Experience of at least one year gained in 4*/5* hotels or fine dining restaurants

- Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration complete the profile

Contratto a tempo determinato fino a Novembre 2025 con possibilità di rinnovo e crescita all’interno della Dimora
