At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commis de Rang, who will support our restaurant team in delivering seamless, high-end service. 

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Assist the Chef de Rang with table setup, station preparation, and mis-en-place prior to and following meal service. 

• Serve water, bread, and clear tables efficiently and quietly during service hours. 

• Ensure clear communication between the kitchen and dining room to transport dishes promptly. 

• Maintain clean, polished, and well-stocked side-stations and service areas. 

• Learn menu details, ingredients, and service etiquette to grow professionally within the team. 

What You Bring 

• Previous experience or formal education in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments. 

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service techniques. 

• Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn, and team-oriented mindset. 

• Polite demeanor, attention to detail, and neat personal appearance. 

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
