Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer (Process) to join our team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commissioning process for various projects in the MENA & Europe region, ensuring that all systems and equipment are fully functional and meet project requirements
• - Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with project stakeholders
• - Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system checks, functional tests, and performance tests
• - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process
• - Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities and handover to operations
• - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors during the commissioning process
• - Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• - Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for project stakeholders
• - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commissioning processes and technologies

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
•  Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commissioning process engineering, preferably in the process industry
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures
• Experience with commissioning of process equipment and systems
• Familiarity with international codes and standards related to commissioning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel within the MENA & Europe region as needed
