Concierge | Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany

We are seeking a Concierge for the 2026 season to join our dedicated Front Office team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany.

The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting memorable experiences for our guests and possesses an exceptional knowledge of the region’s culture, gastronomy, and hidden treasures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional and personalized assistance throughout their stay. 

• Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and cultural events, ensuring every experience reflects the authentic Tuscan spirit. 

• Arrange and confirm restaurant reservations, transportation, guided tours, and special requests with precision and care. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, ensuring access to exclusive experiences and services. 

• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering thoughtful touches that enhance their stay. 

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure a smooth flow of guest communication and satisfaction. 

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. 

• Uphold Belmond service standards and values in every interaction. 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. 

• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language (especially French or German) is highly valued. 

• Deep local knowledge of Tuscany and its cultural, gastronomic, and leisure offerings. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and confident demeanor. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining poise under pressure. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of guest expectations. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems. 

• Valid driver’s license preferred. 

• Contract: Seasonal labor contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo for the 2026 summer season.
