In this role, the individual will be responsible, by way of example but not limited to, for the following activities:

• Updating market presentations

• Supporting the preparation of pitch decks

• Assisting senior team members in managing divestment processes

• Mapping funds nearing maturity

• Updating client and opportunity databases/files

• Conducting property site inspections

• Supporting the creation of discounted cash flow (DCF) models
