BRIDGE is looking for a Junior Transport Manager to grow the Operations team.

The goal of the Bridge Operations team is to better manage all the carriers that are part of the BRIDGE network and every day they use the technological tools made available by the company to simplify the acquisition and carrying out process of transport requests.

The ideal candidate has already had a first experience in the transport and logistics sector and is looking forward to collaborating with industry experts to increase their skills and at the same time grow the BRIDGE carriers network.

Organisation of international loads throughout Europe.
Acquisition, registration and processing of transport requests.
Coordination and supervision of the entire transport process.
Direct contact with clients and carriers.
Development of carrier networks including prospecting and cold calling.

Master's Degree of equivalent;
Another experience in a logistics / transport company recommended but not required;
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence;
Ability to work in a team, able to handle a fast pace environment;
Independent and result-oriented work style;
Strong knowledge of English language;
