This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, coordinating security personnel, and identifying and assessing potential risks.\n\nThis includes:\n\n * Setting up the function and implementing Vodafone Corporate\n * Security policies \u0026 best practice in VST\n * Direct responsibility for all Corporate Security operational activities and advice across VST business and function\n * Sponsor and coordinator of local Corporate Security agenda\n * Support the engagement with external stakeholders on VST operational Corporate Security matters\n * Support Property, Facilities \u0026 Security manager in all on site building activities in all VST lcoations and ensure consistency between implemented measures and Group policies.\n * Focus: Mitigating all types of threats, ensuring compliance with broader regulations, and managing the overall Corporate Security posture, often reporting to leadership.\n * Key Activities: Overseeing guards, developing emergency plans, managing risk across departments, and aligning corporate security with business goals.\n * Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with IT Security, Legal, Property, Procurement, HR and business functions.\n\n\n * Key accountabilities and decision ownership\n * Leading support to VST (as required) in all operational matters regarding:\n * Business Continuity\n * Crisis Management, \n * Personnel and Physical Security\n * Fraud Management\n * Supplier security\n * Security Awareness\n * Access management\n * BEMS \u2013 Security devices \n\n * Responsible for the production and delivery of local strategies, internal policies, advice and consultancy in the above functional areas in line with Group policies and local laws\n * Secretary to the VST Crisis Management Team\n * Supporting the reporting manager to engage on these issues with governments, international organisations and NGOs.\n\n\n\nKey performance indicators \n\n * Development and reporting of corporate security KPIs in line with Group Corporate security requirements\n * Recognition from Internal Functions \u0026 Businesses units of the quality of advice and consultancy provided on security issues in the areas of competence listed above.\n * Recognition from Compliance, Internal Audit and other functions of the maintenance of the highest policy standards in the areas of competence listed above.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience\n\n * Highly developed leadership skills, especially in an international environment.\n * Experience of the full range of corporate security risks and mitigation strategies, processes and systems.\n * Effective communication and influence skills, deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structure.\n * Fluent in English and Italian.\n * Ability to act coolly and effectively as the leader in fast-moving and complex security operations\n\n\n\nMust have technical / professional qualifications: \n\n * Professional and/or academic qualifications in operational security risk management\n * Or significant relevant experience operating at a senior level in an operational security environment\n\n\n\nNice to have: CBCI / CBCP \u2013 Certified Business Continuity, ISO or other certifications relevant in the field\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
