To support that challenge, we’re looking for a CP Logistic Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE  

• Execute effective and efficient  management of stocking and physical distribution of goods from warehouses/tollers toward final customers

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Organize daily warehouses replenishment plans, based on procedures and products availability
• Ensure correct management of goods inbound movements, including compliance to accounting rules and procedures
• Support Customer Service to solve shipment related issues

• Execute administrative activities related to suppliers’ invoice verification and posting.
• Verify that suppliers operate in compliance to existing legislation and to Syngenta policies regarding HSEQS policy.
• Monitor suppliers’ operational KPIs to evaluate their performances are aligned to the agreed SLAs.
• Contribute to Production & Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives (e.g.: OPEX initiatives etc.)

• Ensure compliance with commercial policy of the Commercial Unit, HSE requirements, local legislation and competition law, all relevant Syngenta processes and policies.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

Critical experience and knowledge

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations or Economics
• Knowledge of Logistics, Operations, Production and Processes
• Demonstrated experience of ERP/MRP systems

• 1+ years of experience in operations/logistics management
• Proficient English
• Advanced computer skills

• Knowledge of Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles, Production and Processes, warehousing, logistics process and techniques
• Knowledge in multiple systems and software applications (SAP, WMS, etc...)
• Communication and presentation skills
