Role overview

We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our Italian team and play a key role in managing and growing our community of affiliate creators. The ideal candidate has proven experience in influencer marketing and a solid understanding of the Italian creator landscape, particularly those already working with affiliate models. You’ll be responsible for scouting, building relationships with top talents, and optimizing their performance on the platform. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy. You’ll work closely with brands and internal teams to activate high-performing campaigns and contribute to the continuous growth of Metapic in Italy.

Main Responsibilities

Develops and leads strategy for key relationships (brands / influencers / agencies)
Onboards key new brands / influencers / agencies and nurtures relationships
Ensures positive outcome of gifting campaigns, and works with other team members to complete campaigns in a timely manner
Regularly goes the extra mile to achieve targets/KPIs and to inspire colleagues
Expert on competitor activity
Represents Metapic at industry events
Reports back weekly to the Team Lead with performance highlights, red flags, opportunities and ideas
Helps to train and assist other team members
Regularly brings new ideas into discussion
Confidently plans and executes brand / influencer / agency events alongside other team members
Suggests new ways to innovate and keep clients / influencers / agencies lifetime value high
Ownership of media / influencer / agency decks
Makes data-driven decisions to increase revenue
Ensures correct paperwork for each agreement is completed

Strong commercial awareness that is applied to prioritisation of tasks
Expert in social media channels

Develops and leads strategy for key clients / influencers
Confident in challenging ideas and concepts
Good knowledge of legal compliance for influencers
Solution-driven thinker
