Crew Recruiter

Fratelli Cosulich Manning, department that provides personnel and crewing services to Maritime, Catering and Oil & Energy industry, is looking for a Offshore Crew Recruiter for its office in Trieste.

ACTIVITIES

Crew Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process for clients, from job postings, sourcing prospective candidates till examine all Seafarer's and Offshore experience and checking references to ensure true sea service and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Crew and Maritime Recruiting or similar experiences in Maritime/Offshore industry
• Knowledge of STCW regulations, Flag state documentations and
• Immigration procedures
• Organizational skills, attention to details, problem solving
• attitude and able to manage multiple tasks.
