Role Overview

As a CRM Automation Manager, you’ll be responsible for the architecture and scaling of our Braze or HubSpot CRM systems, owning the operational backbone for our customer engagement strategies. 

Your mission:

• CRM Platform Scaling. Scale our B2C or B2B (we are currently using Braze/HubSpot) environments, ensuring robust campaign delivery, landing page creation, and scalable content infrastructure.

• AI & Personalization Integration. Drive the adoption of AI across CRM for tasks like content generation and segmentation, and implement advanced token-based personalization (e.g. Liquid or hubspot tokens).

• Workflow & Tool Optimization. Design efficient cross-functional CRM workflows and build/prototype internal tools (scripts, automations) to enhance team autonomy and speed-to-market.

Your ideal profile:

• CRM Automation Expertise. With 4+ years in CRM operations or marketing technology (ideally tech/fintech/growth stage), you bring deep, hands-on, architect-level experience with Braze and HubSpot.

• AI & Personalization Proficiency. You have experience crafting effective AI prompts for CRM use cases and solid knowledge of token-based personalization logic (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars).

• Technical Acumen. You are proficient in SQL for complex targeting, segmentation, and reporting, and comfortable using Python for data wrangling or automation.

• Strategic & Analytical Mindset. You have a demonstrated ability to scale CRM systems, architect data flows, interpret KPIs through dashboards, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
