CRM Specialist
Madrid (ES) or Milan (IT) / Hybrid

Due to our rapid expansion into new and emerging markets, we are on the lookout for our next CRM superstar. 


In this role, you will support the team in creating best-in-class, innovative CRM marketing campaigns. You will own and produce compelling, engaging communications (email and mobile), and optimize the entire customer lifecycle — prospecting, nurturing, and re-engaging customers. 


You’ll be self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude. 


What You'll Do: 



  • Support the ES and IT E-Commerce teams by building and scheduling CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, conversions, and repeat purchases. 



  • Build effective, automated lifecycle campaigns across markets, including retargeting, cross-selling, and reactivation initiatives. 



  • Deliver highly personalized and innovative communications that reach target audiences with the right message at the right time. 



  • Proactively explore data acquisition opportunities to support market growth and penetration. 



  • Work with designers/content writers to build, manage, and execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring all communications have engaging, dynamic, and effective content, and that the customer experience is frictionless. 



  • Segment audiences to ensure the right messages are delivered at the right time to maximize performance. 



  • Analyze audience insights and identify opportunities to improve CRM activities and email list growth. 



  • Report on CRM KPIs and success metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. 



  • Thoroughly proofread, test, and amend creatives where necessary. 


What You'll Bring: 



  • 1+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with an emphasis on engagement and optimization. 



  • Fluency in both Spanish and Italian (written and spoken). 



  • Naturally organized, able to manage several different projects at once. 



  • Task-oriented, comfortable working to tight deadlines, and able to prioritize. 



  • Fastidious about detail, with a good instinct for creative design. 



  • An understanding of HTML and Liquid to personalize communications. 



  • A strong communicator and collaborator, able to build effective cross-functional relationships. 



  • Interested in digital, loyalty, and CRM, and aware of emerging trends. 



  • Highly numerate, comfortable working with data, interpreting it to draw conclusions, and unlocking insights to optimize performance. 



  • Naturally calm under pressure. 



  • Empathetic and able to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. 



  • Experience building emails using tools like Listrak (ESP) is preferred but not essential.
