Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Experience & Field Ops Specialist, reporting to and supported by our Operations Specialist, who will help us offering our customers daily assistance and improving our service, by monitoring all customer contact channels (social media, website, CRM...), and managing local Operations are running smoothly.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct customer support via email, phone, chat, social media;
  • Handling complains, refunds, operations support;
  • Finding alternative last minute solutions;
  • Customer Service/ CRM software usage and monitoring;
  • Social media monitoring and content development;
  • Field Ops management , monitoring and supporting our local OPS Partner .

     

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in Italian and English;
    • Motivation and willingness to learn (first experiences are welcome!)
    • Good communication skills, strong listening attitude to satisfy client's needs;
    • Ability to handle multiple request and find solutions; Open minded with ''plan B'' always ready;
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
    • Rigorous and detail oriented;
    • Team player, positive and constructive attitude;
    • Fast-learner, willing to adapt to a changing environment;
    • Practical attitude, strong problem solving attitude and ability to turn plans into action:  we need a doer!
    • Being a sharing mobility user: the only way of supporting a customer is being a customer!
    • Bachelor Degree and prior experience in Customer Experience/ Operations and/or Mobility are a plus.
