Your Mission

As an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of a leading global consumer brand. You will:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Deliver high‑quality, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
• Become a product expert through structured, paid training

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Italian (C2)
• English (B2) level
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer‑first mindset & team spirit
• EU passport or valid Greek work permit
