Customs Duties Administrator - Temporary

Your Role and Responsibilities

For TMC (Transport Management Center) organization, located in Dalmine, you will be responsible for validation payment, KPIs analysis and improvement actions for import customs duties process.

Candidates for this role should possess strong analytical thinking skills as well as an affinity for creating and analyzing reports, trends and identifying improvement opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a good understanding of customs processes and related KPI structures as well as ability to analyzed these reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence Environment and define improvement actions.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Collecting and validating import documents and data

• Collaborating with Customs Broker to build a robust and effective process

• Understanding and defining together with TMC KPI Specialist reporting requirements

• Analyzing KPI and driving discussions on improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications for the Role

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, logistics, or supply chain management (or related field) from an accredited university/college

• You have at least one year of experience in accounting, transport administration, or similar experience.

• You possess an extensive knowledge and practical experience in using Microsoft Office software including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.

• Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools or Databases developing KPI dashboards is an advantage

• Operational customs management experience is a plus

• You pay attention to detail; you have the ability to work with detailed data, statistics, KPI’s and report. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and aggregate large data amount. You have a team-oriented attitude.

• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English

Compensation Package

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico  

Minimum annual salary: € 30.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
