Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech through email only.
• Assist customers with inquiries about games, account issues, and technical problems.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues to enhance the gaming experience for our users.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Work closely with game development teams to communicate player insights and enhance gameplay.
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates to provide informed support.

• Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer support or within the gaming industry is an advantage but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Knowledge of gaming platforms and systems is a big plus.
