In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire data-related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.​

Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of Data and Analytics Engineering with the aim of mastering modern data platforms and analytics architectures while delivering high-impact solutions on large-scale data ecosystems.

In particular, you will be responsible for:​

• Development of Analytics solutions for 2.5 million customers.
• Development of data integration and transformation flows (ETL/ELT) on the Databricks platform.
• Creation of KPIs, metrics, and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
• Configuration and integration of “chat with your data” solutions based on agentic AI.
• Working in a domain team with cross-functional profiles (tech, data, business).

What skills are we looking for?​

• At least 4 years of experience in the role;
• Good knowledge of SQL and data lake technologies;
• Experience in developing and managing data flows;
• Data analysis skills and KPI definition;
• Knowledge of at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar);
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Degree in STEM disciplines;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform;
• Knowledge of Spark and Spark Streaming;
• Data transformation in Python (Pandas, Polars).
