Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics

Talent Solution , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in  Florence , is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of  Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics Main Activities and Responsabilities: 

• Demand Planning , by performing the monthly Net Demand Planning cycle, based on sales forecasts and the inventory on hands, through the support of local ERP; 
• Placing purchase orders;
• Monitoring the stock level coverage;
• Review on a regular basis the Stock Policy
• Management and handling of monthly Demand Review Meeting (meetings between demand planning and mkt dept. in order to share critical products information);
• Review of Demand Planning KPIs;
• Performance Monitoring of CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations)
• Collaborate with Master Data Department for the creation and variation of the Master Data;
• Collaborate with the Packaging Materials Editing for the creation and changes of the packaging materials; 
• Contribute to drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the Supply Chain processes. (SOP, WI etc.)
• Supporting the Demand Planning Manager in building and reinforcing the partnership with Production Sites, CMOs and Commercial Companies in order to improve the Demand Planning processes and their effectiveness;
• Analyse and consolidate actions to assure product availability on the Italian Market;

• University Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience in the same role
• Fluency in English - B2 Level
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams
