• Unterstützung des Chef de Partie Bäcker bei der Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Backwaren nach Rezepturvorgaben
  
• Eigenständige Zubereitung ausgewählter Teige und Backwaren im täglichen Produktionsablauf
  
• Überwachung der Teigführung sowie Unterstützung bei Backprozessen
  
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts - und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  
• Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Präsentation des Frühstücks - und Buffetangebots im 4* Hotel
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Küchenteam
  
  
• Support of the Chef de Partie Baker in the preparation of bread, rolls, and baked goods according to recipes
  
• Independent preparation of selected doughs and baked goods in daily production
  
• Monitoring of dough processing and support during baking procedures
  
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  
• Assistance in the preparation and presentation of the breakfast and buffet offerings in a 4 -star hotel
  
• Collaboration with the international kitchen team
  

Voraussetzungen

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bäcker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bäckerhandwerk
  
• Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung als Bäcker/in, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  
• Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  
• Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  
• Du kennst dich mit deutsch -österreichischer Backkultur aus und bringst entsprechende Praxiserfahrung mit
  
• Du kommst aus Deutschland oder Österreich oder hast dort deine Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erworben
  
• Du verfügst über Deutsch - oder Englischkenntnisse zur Verständigung im internationalen Team
  
  
• You have completed vocational training as a Baker or hold a comparable qualification in bakery craftsmanship
  
• You have initial professional experience as a Baker, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector
  
• You work carefully, in a structured manner, and with a strong focus on quality
  
• Team spirit, willingness to learn, and reliability characterize you
  
• You are familiar with German/Austrian baking traditions and have relevant practical experience
  
• You are from Germany or Austria, or you completed your training or gained several years of professional experience there
  
• You have German or English language skills to communicate within an international team
