Design Architect

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our Design team within the Real Estate Development and luxury Hospitality Projects.

In this role, you will conceptualize innovative architectural solutions that align with the project’s brief and client's vision, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, and engineers, and coordinate with consultants to ensure the aesthetic and functional quality of the final product. Additionally, you will provide technical solutions and advice, ensuring your team of architects and designers work efficiently.

You will oversee project development from concept design through to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining exceptional user experience in all designs.

This position requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, extensive technical experience in high-end project management, and strong leadership skills to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret the client brief, and develop, produce, and execute end-to-end conceptual designs and renders in conjunction with a wider team of interior designers, architects, 3D artists, fit-out specialists, and the construction team.
• Work from concept through to as-built stages in line with RIBA project phases, developing design schemes and coordinating with internal and external project team members.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Deliver innovative and effective architectural solutions to complex problems.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively suggest solutions.
• Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality.
• Support the team and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Architecture and interior design, including 3+ years as a Senior Designer
• Clear track record of managing teams and projects
• Experience working on high-end residential, hospitality projects, private homes and villas
• A thorough understanding of design issues on hospitality projects / User Experience orientated
• Good knowledge of material properties and solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standards
• A proficient user of AutoCAD / Revit and other CAD
• Process driven & highly organized
• Ready to work via service agreement as a freelancer
• Residential / hospitality portfolio is a must
• Salary expectations (at least net, on initial stage) is a must
