How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a pivotal member of the "Digital & IT" department at Air Liquide Healthcare Italia, your role will be instrumental in spearheading IT transformation initiatives. You will play a vital role in facilitating the seamless adoption of new IT solutions, thereby optimizing company processes for enhanced efficiency.

• Primarily, you will be immersed in the "Techcare" project for Vitalaire Italia SPA, an international digital transformation endeavor aimed at revolutionizing the Supply Chain & Operations division. As the change management coordinator within Techcare, you will provide invaluable guidance to key users, ensuring a smooth transition to the Salesforce-based solution. This role offers extensive collaboration opportunities with international IT colleagues overseeing the project across all Air Liquide HomeHealthcare countries, as well as local stakeholders within Vitalaire Italia SPA.

• In addition to the Techcare project, you will contribute your expertise to various digital transformation initiatives within Air Liquide Italia's Healthcare division. This will entail close coordination with IT counterparts, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and the seamless delivery of digital solutions, including web and mobile platforms, as well as the development of insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years in leading international IT projects, with a focus on Change Management and Project Management roles.

• Preferred proficiency in Salesforce and/or SAP implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of major project management methodologies, encompassing both traditional and Agile approaches.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with a proven ability to generate actionable insights to support operational requirements across departments.

• Proven track record in organizing user training sessions and delivering compelling presentations tailored to diverse organizational hierarchies.

• Proficiency in Google Suite for personal productivity and seamless internal collaboration.

• Fluency in both Italian and English at an advanced professional level, with knowledge of French considered a distinct advantage.

• Flexibility to work on-site at our Assago, Milan, Lombardy, Italy location, with frequent travel primarily within Italy and France.
