We’re looking for a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Trustfull. In this highly stimulating role, you'll help drive awareness and contribute to the growth of the Trustfull brand across multiple verticals and global markets. You’ll be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives that create real impact, from content creation and digital ads campaigns to event organizing and PR support.
As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of marketing disciplines, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. Responsabilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trustfull, you will:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing
Contribute to the planning and execution of Trustfull’s global social media presence and SEO strategy
Collaborate on the ideation, creation, and distribution of content in various formats (e.g., blog posts, case studies, newsletters)
Contribute to the project management of events and conferences where Trustfull is exhibiting or participating
Support the Head of Marketing with PR, media relations, and field marketing initiatives
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and inform campaigns
Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and suggesting data-driven optimization
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure messaging consistency
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment with a digital marketing focus
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Experience in writing and editing both short- and long-form content
A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of different channels within it
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
A resilient, get-things-done mentality with a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning attitude
Nice-to-have:
Experience in event planning, field marketing, or sponsorship coordination
Experience with SEO strategy and implementation
Basic video editing skills or familiarity with video editing tools
