Primary Purpose
Technology is critical to how we serve millions of customers every day—and we’re transforming how our IT organization operates, builds, and grows to meet what’s next. As Director of Transformation and Talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping that future. You’ll lead the evolution of our operating model, strengthen our talent strategy, and help embed modern ways of working that enable our teams to move faster, build smarter, and deliver greater impact.
This is a unique opportunity to connect strategy to real, visible change—partnering across IT, HR, and Communications to create clearer career paths, stronger capabilities, and a more agile, future-ready organization. If you’re energized by building for scale, developing talent, and driving transformation that sticks, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact across our Technology organization.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.
