Early Year Assistant (temporary contract)

We are looking for someone to support our Early Years teachers during a short-term substitution. Your role will be to assist in the classroom, take care of the children, and help create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment.

In particular, you will:

• support daily activities in class and during playtime;

• help children with daily routines (snack time, bathroom, dressing, rest);

• collaborate with teachers to maintain a welcoming and organized environment;

• encourage independence and positive relationships among children;

• always ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.

Who we are looking for

• Someone with previous experience working with young children (also in informal settings).

• A cheerful, patient, and flexible person.

• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly to new situations.

• Good knowledge of English.
