We are looking for EHS Professional ASPP, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification and Automation area.

Your Challenge

As EHS Professional ASPP your mission will be to develop, support and coordinate all the activities relevant to EHS, mainly focusing on sites activities located in Italy and relevant to Electrification & Automation business.

Your main activities will be:

• Prepare, update, and distribute EHS documentation for projects in line with Siemens EHS Management System and project-specific requirements, including risk assessments, safety plans, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the RSPP, Smart Infrastructure EHS Function, and company EHS teams to harmonize procedures, share standard processes, and implement improvements.
• Support and monitor the implementation of EHS standards on construction sites through periodic audits, identifying non-conformities, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring their follow-up.
• Assist Project Managers and manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring their compliance with EHS requirements through documentation review, pre-qualification assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training sessions, promoting the dissemination and consolidation of a safety culture through campaigns and communication strategies, raising awareness of occupational health and safety topics among personnel.
• Support compliance with environmental regulations, with a particular focus on waste management.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Deep knowledge of EHS requirements according to Italian legislation (ASPP qualification per Italian Decree 81/08 is requested);
• Knowledge about construction sites and activities; Familiarity with international standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001;
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Eligibility to work in Italy
