Electronic Trading Systems Specialist

G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced Electronic Trading Systems Specialist to join our client's team. The role focuses on supporting and managing complex trading platforms, with particular emphasis on ION MarketView or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for rates electronic trading environments.
• Collaborate with Traders and stakeholders to optimise system performance.
• Maintain high quality and reliability of production trading systems.
• Build strong relationships across teams and departments.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ION MarketView or comparable electronic trading systems.
• Fluency in English - Spanish & Italian are nice to have.

• Proven experience supporting Traders in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with core ION components (PXE, RefData, VMQ, VMD, MMS, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Bloomberg Trade Order Management Solutions (BBG TOMS), Tradeweb or Bondivision platforms advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Hybrid working style, with 4 days in office.
